Policies

We are licensed as a Recreational Vehicle Park. Entry steps and roll-up type awnings with mosquito netting or canvas enclosures are permitted. Electrical appliances storage boxes or other material may not be stored or used outside your RV. No combustible materials may be stored under your RV. You are responsible for keeping your site neat and clean. You may not plant any vegetation directly into CLRV property.

To qualify for long-term stay (over 25 days) at a maximum of 6 months, your RV must be no older than 10 years. You must fill out an Application for Residency, read & sign our Rules and Regulations and pass a Tenant Background Check. Approval for long-term stay requires a positive credit history and may take up to two (2) days to complete.

The person renting the site must occupy it.

Anyone not authorized for long-term stay will be permitted to remain in our park no longer than twenty five (25) consecutive days.

All visitors must register in the office and pay a fee before using the showers or swimming pool. Anyone four years old or older must be registered. The maximum number of persons, age four and older, permitted per site is six.

Swimsuits only. No cutoffs, no street clothing. Children under the age of 14 must have adult supervision. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No wet swimsuits in the store.

Only one habitable unit is permitted per site. Two additional motor vehicles are allowed. You may not store boats, jet skis, enclosed trailers or open trailers in your site. No washing of any vehicle(s) permitted. Our park speed limit of 10 miles per hour will be enforced. No major mechanical repairs are to be done at your site. Riding any engine powered vehicle in the park for recreation is not permitted.

Vehicles with abnormally loud exhaust systems will be restricted from use inside the park. All vehicles must be maintained and moved weekly and must not appear to be abandoned. Vehicles that detract from the physical appearance of the park may be required to be removed from CLRVP property.

No more than two pets will be permitted per Site. Dogs must always be on a leash (6ft maximum length). Fecal matter must be picked up immediately. Dogs may not be tied outside your RV between the hours of 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Your rental agreement may be revoked if your pet is judged to be too noisy, too large, or too dangerous by management. The following breeds are not allowed in the park:

Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, Malamute and Akita

Between the hours of 10pm and 8am, all loud activity is prohibited.

The sewer line from your RV to the sewer must be sealed. No water is allowed to leak onto your site from your waste system.

All commercial or business activity is prohibited on your Site. Guests must comply with oral instructions by park employees.
